Experience You can Trust
Sarah Tyndall, PT, MPT, OCS
For nearly 20 years, Sarah has helped people recover from injury, return to the activities they love, and better understand how their bodies were designed to move. A Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist for more than a decade, her career has included specialties in dance medicine, performing arts rehabilitation, military sports medicine, foot and ankle care, and Clinical Pilates.
Before opening Restore & Reform, Sarah worked with dancers from Philadelphia Ballet, The Rock School for Dance Education, and the University of the Arts, as well as performers from national touring productions. She later served as a specialty orthopedic and sports medicine Physical Therapist for the U.S. Army, helping active-duty Soldiers return to training while refining her expertise in movement analysis, lifting mechanics, and performance-based rehabilitation. She is also comprehensively trained in Pilates through Balanced Body, further strengthening her whole-body approach to movement.
Today, Sarah's practice is intentionally focused on foot and ankle rehabilitation. She believes your feet influence far more than just your feet, and that lasting recovery comes from understanding how the entire body moves together—not simply treating where it hurts. At Restore & Reform, every session is one-on-one, movement-based, and built around finding the true source of a problem rather than chasing symptoms.
As a Christian and business owner, Sarah views caring for people as both a profession and a calling. She strives to create a practice where every client is known, heard, and cared for with honesty, compassion, and excellence, helping them move with greater confidence and stewardship of the body they've been given.
Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys tackling DIY projects with her husband, spending time outdoors with the dogs, and continually learning from clinicians around the world as she refines her craft.

Levi (AKA Captain Leroy)
Levi was a rescue stray off the streets of Philly who came into Sarah’s life over 10 years ago. He is a sweet soul, loves his mama and has been with Sarah through meeting her husband, getting married, moving to NC and now starting her business. He doesn’t look his age (13+ years old, we think?) but he loves going for a ride, coming along with mom “working” for the day and getting pets from clients. He also enjoys lounging at home with dad, going to “school” (daycare) and will do almost anything for cheese!

Shiloh
Shiloh is the newest addition to the R&R family! Sarah rescued her from the shelter in Nov 2025. Despite her puppy-ish antics, she’s actually full grown! Shiloh will make an appearance in the clinic from time to time, as she works to learn her manners and what it means to be a “working” dog. While Levi has this down pat, Shiloh still needs some practice.
She’s always happy to meet new people (albeit a little too eager sometimes) and get lots of pets and love. She also rarely turns down any treat or cookie!
