Sarah Tyndall, PT, MPT, OCS: Physical Therapist and Owner of Restore & Reform

Sarah Tyndall, PT, MPT, OCS

Sarah is a Physical Therapist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience and over a decade as a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—with focused expertise in Dance Medicine, Performing Arts, and Foot & Ankle rehabilitation.

In the Philadelphia region, Sarah worked with performers and students from Pennsylvania Ballet (now Philadelphia Ballet), The Rock School for Dance Education, and the University of the Arts, as well as touring productions including Phantom of the Opera and So You Think You Can Dance. She also collaborated with members of the medical and therapy teams for the Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles, and Flyers while attending and presenting at sports medicine symposiums.

From 2018–2023, Sarah served as a specialty orthopedic and sports medicine Physical Therapist for the U.S. Army. This experience strengthened her skills in fast-paced injury triage, compound lifting mechanics, and progressive return-to-training programs for strength and conditioning populations.

Sarah has completed Comprehensive Pilates training through Balanced Body, integrating movement-based principles with orthopedic rehabilitation to better understand how and why the body performs the way it does. Now practicing in Cary, North Carolina, she brings this whole-body, root-cause framework to foot and ankle rehabilitation, performance care, and movement education at Restore & Reform.

When she’s not helping others move with greater confidence—or working behind the scenes to grow the practice—Sarah enjoys tackling DIY projects with her husband, spending time outdoors on sunny days, and connecting with providers around the globe to continually refine her knowledge and skills.

These contributions reflect the same movement-based, root-cause approach she brings to her work with clients at Restore & Reform in Cary, North Carolina.

Levi (aka Captain Leroy): R&R's unofficial mascot and therapy dog

Levi (AKA Captain Leroy)

Levi was a rescue stray off the streets of Philly who came into Sarah’s life over 10 years ago. He is a sweet soul, loves his mama and has been with Sarah through meeting her husband, getting married, moving to NC and now starting her business. He doesn’t look his age (13+ years old, we think?) but he loves going for a ride, coming along with mom “working” for the day and getting pets from clients. He also enjoys lounging at home with dad, going to “school” (daycare) and will do almost anything for cheese!
