Sessions integrate Pilates-based movement with individualized programming to support long-term progress—not just maintenance.
New clients interested in Pilates begin with a one-on-one evaluation. This allows us to understand your history, goals, and movement patterns, and determine whether Clinical Pilates, rehabilitation, or a combination of both is the right next step.
Clients who have completed therapy at Restore & Reform may choose to continue with Clinical Pilates as part of their ongoing training and movement practice.

Clinical Conditioning offers a progression beyond rehabilitation for clients ready to build strength, resilience, and confidence under load. Sessions may include strength training, stability work, and conditioning, all tailored to how your body moves—not just a standard program.
