Discovery Call

Free Discovery Calls are available for prospective clients who want to better understand our approach and determine if Restore & Reform is the right fit. This is a chance to talk through your goals, ask questions, and get a clearer sense of what working together may look like.

It’s also a helpful option if you’re navigating out-of-network care or wondering which Restore & Reform service may be the right fit for your goals.

A personalized starting point for your movement, Pilates, or conditioning journey.

A Clinical Wellness Assessment is designed to help you establish a personalized starting point based on your health history, goals, current movement patterns, and experience with exercise or Pilates.

During this 50–60 minute session, we'll discuss what you're hoping to accomplish, explore how you currently move, and introduce the movement principles, Pilates equipment, or conditioning strategies that may best support your goals.

Whether you're looking to begin Clinical Pilates, build a more individualized conditioning routine, return to regular exercise, or simply want guidance on where to start, this session helps create a foundation for moving forward with confidence.

Following your assessment, we'll determine the most appropriate next steps based on your goals and individual needs.

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is a natural progression for many clients following rehabilitation, offering a way to continue building strength, control, and capacity beyond traditional care. Sessions integrate Pilates-based movement with individualized programming to support long-term progress—not just maintenance.

New clients interested in Pilates begin with a one-on-one Wellness Assessment. This allows us to understand your history, goals, and movement patterns, and determine whether Clinical Pilates, rehabilitation, or a combination of both is the right next step.

Clients who have completed therapy at Restore & Reform may choose to continue with Clinical Pilates as part of their ongoing training and movement practice.

Clinical Conditioning

Clinical Conditioning offers a progression beyond rehabilitation for clients ready to build strength, resilience, and confidence under load. Sessions may include strength training, stability work, and conditioning, all tailored to how your body moves—not just a standard program.

The goal isn’t just exercise—it’s helping you develop the capacity and understanding to carry your training into your own gym, sport, or daily life with more consistency and control.
